Barons Bellville neglect towards warranty claims

I bought a 1.6 Polo Cross in 2012. Its first service was in April 2013 at 15 000 KM, with 5 warranty issues.

3000 kilometers later and all warranty issues have yet to be repaired. Some of these warranty issues are a real safety threat like poor, binding brakes and a welding spot on the inside of the drivers side rim (which shows obvious repair was done prior to me purchasing this Polo, and I thought this was a new car!)

I have complained to Barons Bellville and VW SA without any feedback at all on resolving these issue
s over the past 3 months!

I don't feel that a car that cost R 224 000 should have this many warranty issues at such an early stage, what makes this even worse is dealing with a company that refuses to respond to your issues once they have received their money! I reported my first 3 warranty issues to the sales person within the first 2 000 kilometers of receiving this vehicle! My biggest mistake here was that I should have returned this vehicle there and then!

the solution is simple, if they don't want to sort out the issues they can cancel the deal and take their piece of scrap back! the ombudsmen is my next step!

VW service levels are a disgrace...
