Left Stranded by your Towing Company

My car was smoking from the tyre I called the contact centre at 15H00 because I needed road side assistance, seeing that I am paying them every month!! a consultant (Thobile) who told me that my car is not listed on their systems and kept on insisting that my ID number has been linked with a car that I don't even own? shocking! To make matters worse the tow truck company.had the wrong details yet again arrived three hours later, where I was told I must pay them to take my stationary vehicle alone and they don't care how I will get homeand told (tell Budget to fetch you) the guy from BDL towing told me that I'm a cheeky pig headed woman and they had no paper work for my car when I asked how am I suppose to know where the car is going I was rudely told (go fight with your incompetent insurance) and there I was left with my stationary car when the guy refused to produce the paper work and wanted money from me for a service that I pay Budget for! Not being told anything regarding the company, just told to go to, the guy drove off and left my car in the middle of no where! is this the pathetic service that I pay Budget for, you are quick to take my money and not deliver.how could you.
