Firstly I took out this policy thinking that it would help me but all is does is cost me more money as I constantly have to call and still nothing happens. I bought a car for my daughter through MFC and as far as that is concerned I have not encountered any problems. The problem came when I took out a maintenance (service) cover and when I changed the registration I didn't know that I had to also change with MFC and when I took my car in for service even though VIN # and Engine # were the same but to cut this long story short they refused to pay and I had to pay this out of my own pocket though they had promised to reimburse me after I send the correct paper work. Paper work was send and after paying R2 600 for the service I only got R1 100 from MFC from a lady called Diane in the claims department who took me from pillar to post and made so much empty promises I was even ready to cancel the policy. All of this happened in march and even though I've been faxing the registration papers they haven't bothered to do so on their system and this is even September. I feel very let down as if I don't matter to them all they want is my money and I only get poor service.
