Bad customer service and incompetency

I took my car vw scirocco for repairs on 26/02/13 @ Carltonville's gateway the problem was diagnosed same day and was told the part has been ordered since they dnt have in stork. I was promised to get my car the next day, i have been waiting till today 06/03/13, and now a new diagnosis was made and guess what they dnt have the part either. I regret owning a VW, the workshop people are just incompetend.
