Failure to keep me mobile

My car was towed to vw postmasburg by Volkswagen after calling their roadside assistance on the 3rd of December 2013. I was told my car has an ignition switch problem which is still under warranty. I requested a courtesy car but unfortunately there was no car available for me.
For the past 2 weeks I have been making follow ups regarding my car but still the part has not yet arrived at the dealership and still i cant be assisted with a car in the meantime. I spoke to some of the consultants at Volkswagen contact center but they also failed to assist me in this regard.
It is such an inconvenience for me as i travel almost 40 km daily to and from work and it seems as if am going to spend the festive season without my car because every time i call there are promises that the part is on the way. Today i called again and was told that tomorrow it be received. i asked the lady (Elma) if they cant assist me with a car but she said they still don't have the cars available.
Please assist me to at least get a car in the meantime while waiting for mine because Volkswagen is failing me as a client and am really disappointed on how they made me suffer.
