I AM DISGUSTED WITH RENEW IT EDENVALE SERVICE

I sent in a vehicle for repairs on the 23rd of January 2013 for hail damage. Until today i do not have my vehicle back.
I phoned Renew it Edenvale and spoke to Melo on the 22nd of February to find out when i will have my vehicle back, the Avis vehicle i was driving was supposed to go back that same day. He said the vehicle was in spray booth, i asked him when i should receive the vehicle back, he said on the Wednesday 27th of February. I then asked him to please contact me the following week to give me a definite time and date and he said he would.
I then phoned back and asked to speak with the GM who is Nava Kruger, I laid a complaint regarding the service i received from Melo my service adviser. Nava said she would speak to him and get back to me in regards to my vehicle.

I phoned again on Tuesday the 26th of February, Melo said i should not speak to him regarding the repair that it had been exculated to his manger.
So i phoned Nava Kruger again and got no response I left easily 20 messages and got no response. I eventually got a hold of her on the Wednesday and she said she would phone me back with progress of my vehicle. And i got no response.
Friday i phoned, no response
