Scooter CC Does not give quality work paid fo

I gave in my scooter for repairs: tyres, service, and auto electrical defult on the 22 Feb '13 for a quote. My finance and myself explained to Wesley that the battery of my scooter does not charge. And that he must fix the scooter properly, becaus my fiance is leaving for Gauteng North Angling championships and I cannot be stranded with a scooter that doesn't start, and in the event that it does happen I will phone him and he will fix it at his expense. We fetch the scooter on the 2nd of March. The head light didn't work and after Wesley fiddled with it a bit, he said I must bring it back 'next' weekend. When I drove from work this evening I had no lights and no indicators. I went to his shop in Vander Hoff road and phoned and he said there is a call out fee and the scooter were working. I had to drive in pitch dark without lights. Now he doesn't want to keep his agreement. Can any one help me 'sort' this company out please
