Unacceptably slow parts delivery

I had an accident with my Mahindra bakkie (2.2 Mhawk S/C) on 20 October 2013. The vehicle was towed away and by 22 October insurance accepted the claim to have the vehicle repaired by Renew-It (Edenvale). After four weeks I was surprised that absolutely no progress has been made and the panel beaters blamed MahindraSA for not supplying the parts. After 6 weeks Renew-it forwarded me an e-mail from MahindraSA explaining that they (MahindraSA) have been relocating the parts warehouse and that they were behind on parts delivery. Re-new it closed on 14 December. I was informed by Renew-it that they received all the parts on 7 January 2014, after which they started to work on the vehicle. On Wednesday 15 Jan 2014, I was informed that Renew-it is waiting for another part and that I cannot get the vehicle. How is it possible that a single part cannot be supplied from Benoni to Edenvale (less than 20 km's apart) in three days? By Monday (20 Jan) it will be exactly 3 months since the accident. As I use this vehicle for business, not having it, is a logistical and practical nightmare and even worse, an embarrassment. I am very positive about the vehicle, but how can I recommend it now?
