SRT 8 Shocks repairs - Horrible Experience!!!

I am the owner of Jeep SRT 8, I have tested my shocks with Jack tires in Jacobs and I was advised that both rear & front shocks were no longer in good condition.

My car was still within a motor plan expiring on the 11th of January 2013. Sometimes in December 2012 I booked for my car to be repaired on the 7th January 2013 (changed shocks under motor plan), they told me that in order for them to change the shocks they must be a visual leak & I disputed that, I told them that`s nonsense. They promised that they will take out the shocks to be tested by their factory or agent, if they are worn they will change them.

On the 15th of January 2013 they phoned me & said there was nothing wrong with my shocks but they are not mentioning anything about the test. I requested them to revert back to me in writing and guess what? I have already sent two mails & they have not even aknowlwged my mails & i have been phoning them the whole day (16/01/2013). My car is with them for the past 10 days. I have requested my car to be taken to an indipendant audit with no success. That is the after service you get at Jeep Chrysler for those who are thinking of buying Jeep.
