STAY AWAY FROM A KIA BRAND, I WILL NEVER BUY IT!!

Cars & Transport

I have been driving VW Vehicles all my life, my last VW i drove it till 147 000km s and i have never changed shocks on it. All i had to change was my brakes camp-belt at 90 000kms only.

I bought Kia Rio Feb last year (2012), i have 57 000km on the clock and i the shocks on the vehicle are worn out already. The car i got it brand new with so much excitement, now after a year driving it, i have been hearing a noise when i get a passenger at the back. When i am driving there s another noise coming out from my rear left Tyre, took the car to a Tiger Wheels and Tyre to have it checked. To my surprise they took out my rear left Tyre and it was worn out so badly that the guys who were helping me advised me not to put it back into the car as it is dangerous.

They did a shock inspection, they confirmed with me that its my rear left shock that has worn out the Tyre. I mean they were so shocked that a new car like mine has shock issues, the car is new how do i get shock issues with it already??

I took my car in now to report the issue, i am told to get a proper shock inspection report. Got it to my shock, all 4x shocks are worn.

I am never buying these so called new brands like Kia
