Failure to diagnose the problem

I bought my jeep chirokee in 2006 in durban. All was well until I started hearing a high pitched sound when I accelerated above 80km/h. This happened whilst my car was still under warranty (before 60000km). This is the car took more than 2 years to go beyond 60000km since my wife wasn't using it frequently.
I took it to the garage several times, whenever I took it for service. They kept on telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. At some point they told me it was fixed but that wasn't true and also told me that all jeep cars make the same noise. Eventually, one guy in Tzaneen found that the Diff was a problem but told me to take it to some garage, as a way to get rid of me. Unfortunately I didn't have money.
Fast forward. Years later the guys told me the Diff is damaged and would need to be changed/repaired and it'll cost me R19000. I've discussed this with Chrysler in JHB, they tried to engage with Blackie to no success.
I'm currently driving a car that makes a sound of a bus, all because of the problem that could have been fixed should they have paid enough attention whilst it was still under warranty.
Is there anything that can I can do?
