I bought a used car from Messina Toyota in January 2013, the windscreen was cracked and the were no spotlights, they changed the windscreen & i was told that they wont put the sportslight but they will order the cover for that. After a week I noticed that the was a problem with my car, when I changed the gears made a funny sound &I returned the car to the garage where I was told that the problem was the plugs. They changed them & it was better but stil had that problem.28th May 2013 I returned the car to the garage because it had the same problem it had when I bought it, then Lizette told me that they will check the car but i will have to pay for whatever is the problem. I went back and took my car. I told her that i will bring it on thursday.i took my car back to the garage, expecting that it will be fixed but when i cald i wanted to know if they are done with my car but Lizette told me that they can do anything about it.i calld Lizette again to ask her why the cant fix it. She said the car had 1 month warranty and Lizette never told me that, i ask her to email the docs that i have signed because they never gave me copies& she told me she wil email but she never did or bothered to call me
