Toyota cant repair their own cars

I'm driving a toyota corolla 1.3 professional 2009 model which i took to Toyota N1 city Late November 2012 for service 60000Km. After a week it came back when i start it it had a knocking noise on in the engine. I returned it which they said they need 2 days to diagnose the problem and that week on Friday i was going to drive to EC, which i was suppose to get my car on Thursday afternoon. I was called to be told that i will get it on Friday lunch time. Friday they called me to com to their branch as they explained to me that they cant give me the car as the noise its worse and my warranty was expiring on Sat 14DEC2012.So i have to leave it warranty will cover for everything that they do. They didn't offer me other car as i had planned trip for that Friday. I took 2 to 3 months to get my car back which i was struggling that time as i have kids to take to school and i have no car and i'm paying the instalment. I got it back and it had the same noise which they told me that they bought a new Block so its fine now i returned it again they told me its lifters that make the noise. Even then i had a planned trip to EC so they said i can drive with it like that.when i comeback they will change
