Cargo motors Edenvale insult to the word pathetic

I booked my Jeep Patriot for a simple 72 000 KM service at Cargo Motors Chrysler Jeep Dodge Edenvale on 30 Dec 2013. With only one more instruction a noise from the left when going over speed humps.

On collection of the vehicle find a dent on the bonnet and a fairly large chip mark on the grille. Paul the manager agrees to have that fixed and that is when the fun and games started. The problem to the noise was identified as the steering side-arms which they did not have stock of but will order the parts and fit them when the car goes back for the repairing of the dent and the chip mark. Got a call I can bring the vehicle in on the 13 Jan 2014 for all this to happen they need three days. Also when speaking to Paul for the return of the vehicle I mentioned that he engine light keeps on coming on after the service, he promised they will check it out

I eventually got the car back a full week later after numerous calls from me to find out if the vehicle is ready and every time promised to call back in 10 min, but I had to call every time to try and get an answer back. Got the car back 20 Jan 2014 damages fixed very well, but engine light still on and noise still there.
