Definitely not impressed and very unhappy!!!

Dealing with non-professionals that lack taking responsibility and ownership of their line of work is what I have experienced entrusting my vehicle with this auto repair center. One would swear I am the first customer they've received since establishing their business. After 6 weeks of my car being with them, now they're hiding behind my rim not being standard hence it's taken this long to be repaired, such nonsense, probably even manufacturing it doesn't take this long?? 6 weeks people, 42 days to repair a single rim???

Not once did I deny being provided with a courtesy car and if you can read my feedback to the last report, you would see clearly my acknowledgement to receiving one. My main cry in that sentence was the principle and hardship I had to endure in getting one.

Lack of proper and honest communication, non-professionalism and empty promises to service delivery are amongst a lot of things I can say about your company's lack of customer care.. Having to constantly call in, drive in at times to know the status of my vehicle is totally unacceptable and unpleasing to say the least..
