About eight months ago a client booked a vehicle in with us (NFS Auto) and authorised us to repair his vehicle, three days before the vehicle was ready for collection the customer passed away in a fatal car accident, with NFS Auto out of pocket and the await for the executor to be appointed for the estate, MFC has given NFS Auto the run around with all kinds of red tape and empty promises as the vehicle is still under HP with the bank. Countless e-mails and offers have been sent to MFC to settle this matter with none or very little response. NFS Auto have been severely crippled, financially, due to MFC's lack of responsibility, R60 000 outstanding and MFC just give's you the finger. If it was the other way around, you would have your vehicle repossessed, sued and black listed for life... Remind me to NEVER do business with MFC in person or in a Business relation, as they just don't give a rat's about the small businessman.

Is there anybody at MFC that is capable to resolve this matter, I'm so tired speaking to consultants that are unable to make a decision???!!!
