I booked a vehicle and GPS for delivery for 11:00 on 24 February 2013. At 12:00 on the day the car was not delivered and An arrangement was then made for delivery on 25 February at 11:00.
At 11:15 the vehicle arrived and the driver informed me that there was no GPS. I asked for a contact number and was referred to Lizaan, who was not there, I called again. Spoke to Lizaan who said "well she only heard about it this morning" and she didn't know about the GPS. It's not her fault and I must call the Menlyn branch. I explained that I don't know how their systems work, I just need to know when I can get my GPS as I am now inconvenienced for the second time. She said I must call the Menlyn branch and tell them they are incompetent. She said she did tell the driver to apologies for the GPS, to which I responded that its not his responsibility And if she knew about it this morning why not inform me sooner to make alternative arrangements. She once again said I must take it up with someone else. I asked her for her name, and when asked for surname she said she had no surname. She then slammed the phone down in my ear! Avis service has been great up to this incident. Well done Lizaan
