I hit a curb while driving an avis car at 65km/h at 2159, the rim of the car disintegrated and and the wheel fell off, I proceeded to call avis at 2225. I was on republic road off william nicole, which is a bushy area and is known not to be a safe area. The avis helpline assistant said the tow truck and replacement car would arrive in 30 mins. the tow truck only arrived at 2345. When he arrived he was interested in the car didn't even ask if i was okay and was interested in passing the blame on me and getting me to the avis airport branch. I was disappointed as i thought avis's ethos is People before cars. When the other driver cam he then assisted me ask if i was okay and took me home and explained the process, after the tow truck driver instead that he loads the car and we should wait for him regardless of my injuries or stat eof mind
