A car was hired at the Avis Vereeniging branch for me through my insurance, on the 02/05/2013 i took the car back to the branch. i asked the lady at the desk are you checking the car back and check for damage, she informed me no. I asked her will it be possible for her to arrange transport for me to the place when my car was fix she informed me yes, she will get an driver to take me there.then the driver took me to the Panel beaters where my car was fix . i got out the car and he drove away. 2 hours after the same lady phone me and tells me there are damage on the car! when i left the car at the Avis Branch in Vereeniging there was no damage on the car! How can they keep me responsible if the staff didn't do the job correctly and check the car in my presents. How do i know the driver didn't scratch the car on his way back to the Avis branch after dropping me of! The staff member dropped the phone twice in my ear when i asked to speak to an manager i think she is rude and don't have any manner and she and the driver are incompetent doing there job correctly.
