Top layer or paint off

I bought a 2007 demo model Tiida during December. 2009, after two years the top layer of the paint on roof and bonnet of the car faded. It seems like the car was in an accident as well beuse the body puitty starts cracking on the one side. I feel they should have told me about the car being in an accident. The top layer of the paint is a juge problem and the car must be re-sprayed.
