Overnight Delivery Issue

Package was posted on Thursday morning with the overnight service. It didn't arrive at 10:30 as the website states. When calling the call centre, I was told that the driver had just delivered the package to the Craighall post office.

15 minutes later I was at the post office and no delivery had occurred. I don't like being to, and furthermore, when I called back, no one at the call centre could verify when the package would be delivered.

This is the last time I ever use the post office to send parcels. Private courier companies will now always have my business.
