Excessive quote & misleading on fixing of ca

Parts quoted on that was previously fixed and had nothing to do with problem. Various staff memeber including dealer principle contacted only to find that the car could be fixed with much less than quoted for.
car was held for a period more than 5 days and no communication offered unless I phoned to hear what was going on.
No guarantee offered on fixing of the problem (Clutch) as I did not accept all the other work they wanted to do.
Price over R9400 - Other companies offered half the price quotes plus guarantees but I was assured by this dealer that the reason I am paying double is because it was a Renault part and also because I would have a guarantee (Which I then in any case did not receive)
When I finally went to fetch my car they could not assist with my payment method and the car had to stay an extra day.
I should have checked Hellopeter before I got involved with this dealer as they have several unanswered complaints on this site.
In my opinion be on the alert when dealing with this deale
