On 18 May 2013 I purchased a Cherry Tiggo from the Boksburg dealership, I have experienced endless problems with them and their customer service with regards to fixing problems with the purchased car. I have dealt with the sales person, the Dealer principle, head office customer service the service manager and still to date my car has not been fixed, registered in my name, the license expired 30/06/2013 I have been waiting for reports to if the car has been in an accident, I have received nothing after numerous of times of requesting it. The car has to go in for a 3rd time as they haven't fixed what was needed & were fixing things that I was unaware needed fixing. As a customer I have had to phone, email to follow up they just seem to blatantly IGNORE your requests. They haven't even offered a courtesy car but to H/O saying they offered a lift which was never done.
