I contacted Outsurance Wednesday to log a claim for the replacement of my windscreen
I received good service from Nombuso as for she asked me which PG glass or Glass fit is the closest to me. I received sms and also confirmation that the authorisation was send to PG glass Constantia Kloof Roodepoort. Today I contacted Nombuso (thank you for the direct line which was sms'd to me with my claim number) and explained to her the bad service I received from PG glass Constantia She apologised, and took immediate action. I told her I would like to rather make use of Glass Fit, seeming that PG glass (Andre) reffered me to them. Best thing ever, because I did not just got my windscreen replaced, but also the same day within hours because Nombuso urgency and effort sending through the authorisation to Glass Fit and following up later to confirm if they assisted me, was giving me peace of mind to know I am with the BEST insurance in South Africa Thank you Out surance and Nombuso and Milton (Glass Fit Roodepoort) Keep up the excellent service.
