I contacted PG Glass Merlyn on 03/01/2014 to arrange for installation of a new windscreen. The case was registered on PG Glass's system and I would apparently receive confirmation of insurance authorisation. After no reply on 06/01/2014, I contacted my insurance for assistance. Once I got the authorisation confirmation, I called JP at PG Glass, who said he would call me back within the hour. Seven hours later, I walked in to the store (on 06/01/2014) to enquire about the no-response. The employee (JP) told me that the glass had been ordered and that he would inform me of installation arrangements. I got a call the Tuesday 07/01/2014 to ask if I could bring my car in that same afternoon, but I could only arrange transport from the premises on Wednesday 08/01/2014. The arrangement was that I took my car in at 08:00 on 08/01/2014. At 07:45 that morning (when I had just stopped at the store) I received a SMS from JP to say that the windscreen was damaged and they had to send it back and that I would be notified when a new windscreen has arrived. I have not since heard from GP Glass since.
