Excellent Service which is so rare in South africa

I logged a claim for my windscreen to be replaced with out surance, last week Wednesday. I receive very good service from out surance, hassel free claim been processed. However PG glass Constantia Kloof Roodepoort who is not willing to deliver service to Out surance customers, Andre, from PG glass personally reffered me to Glass fit Best thing PG glass could do. I contacted Glass fit and Out surance and in just a few hours Milton Damon made the effort to deliver beyond what was expected He promised me that it will be done today, he kept me regulary informed, even when his people was only a few minute away he contacted me to inform me they were on there way, not evan Game store phone you when the drivers is on there way to deliver a clients fridge. 11am I contacted glass Fit at 3pm my windscreen was delivered at my place and replaced. WOW Thank you Milton and Out surance
