Not listening to the Custome

Cars & Transport

I bought a Kia Picanto for my wife In December 2012. Kia agreed that the vehicle would be registered in 2013.
I went to them on 02/01/2013 to hear what the process will be and the sales man Joseph informed me that the vehicle would be registered the next day (03/01/2013). I went to him (Joseph) on 08/01/2013 to enquire about the registration. He took me to the ladies who are responsable for the registration of the vehicle. They informed me that it would be done the next day (09/01/2013).
I went again to them on Friday 12/01/2013 to enquire AGAIN about the car's registration.
Joseph informed me again that I will get it on Saterday.
I went ahead to call Anna-Marie Mcnight to ask when the vehicle would be registered. She could not listen to me properly and insisted that her staff was not wrong to tell me every time the car would be registered the next day. I tried to explain to her that it was not about waiting for the registration but rather the fact that I was promissed a few times that it would be done. I wish the conversation was taped so that her superiors could listen to it. At this moment I am a wondering if I made the correct desision to buy a KIA MOTOR VEHICLE.
