Integra Motors
Sold me Chana Bakkie no Manufactures Certificate

Cars & Transport

I bought a 2010 Chana Bakkie on the 29 September 2012 from Intergra Motors. It was a cash deal and the agreement was that the dealer will register the vehicle for me and I paid the licence registration fees. I drove the vehicle which had the temporary licence registration and after 21 days i was informed that the dealer is waiting for NATIS document from Intergra Motors Head Office in Roodepoort. I was then issued with another temporary registration. i was then informed by the sales person that they are unable to find the necessary documents to register the Chana Bakkie. The sales person informed that the problem is due to the liquidation of Chana SA, so the dealer is struggling to get the necessary documents.
i requested the sales person to put it in writing and provide me with that information since I was being stopped by the traffic officers on several officers asking about the registration and threatening to impound.
To date the vehicle is not register and I have return the vehicle to the dealer and requested the refund. I am paying insurance for car. The managers and their head office managers are not responding to me. I can not drive a vehicle that is not registered by law.
