Registration still pending

I registered at UNISA on the 8th of January 2013 and was informed that I needed to pay R2096.00 by the 1st of February to complete registration, which was done. On the 31st of January i received an sms saying i still owe R726.00. I called UNISA in PTA and they informed me that it was a fault on their side that they were working on and it will be sorted by last Friday. Nothing was resolved, I went into UNISA yesterday and they tell me their systems had a problem during registration and didn't give me the proper registration fees, and that their systems are now locked and they can not d anything here but will send an email to Pretoria and it should hopefully be sorted out by Friday. This is really unsettling that UNISA is holding up registration and making the students bear the brunt of their systems not functioning properly. I am concerned that I will not be registered in time to complete my assignments which will be due soon.
