Can I get some service here please!!!

My car has been at Hyundai Bryanston for two weeks now. Previous to this intance, I took it in to get checked for an abnormal noise coming from the engine. They took it in, in January and told me that the car would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. Unfortunately because of this, I had to travel with public transport from my home (50Km away) to work for that time. After receiving the car, the problem was still not resolved and the car was still making noise and leaking oil, hence it is in the dealearship again. The level of service has been absolutely appalling, in terms of lack of updates on what is happening with the car!! No one calls, I have to follow up with them on the state of affairs??? It was only on Friday the 16th of February that I received a loan car after pleading for them to make a plan. They have Great Service posters displayed all over the building but none of the employees care to let me know what is happening with my car unless I call them. This whole experience has destroyed my trust in the brand and I will be sure never to purchase a HYUNDAI again!!
