I bought my very first new car and what a bad experience it has been so far!

I bought my car 3 weeks ago from Hyundai, Midrand. The starter motor made an unusual noise and i reported it to the dealership. I was told that all the new cars make that noise (WEIRD). We made arrangements for the car to be collected on 28/02 to have the problem investigated and have a remote key system installed, but they did not bother to live up to their commitment. After numerous and frequent phone calls and sms's, and messages left I got no response for more than a week and had to resort to asking Standard Bank to contact them. The car was eventually collected on Wed 06 March. Hyundai commited to return my car before cob the same day, which again was not done. Communication was totally one sided - from me. Throughout all this there was no communication from Hyundai. My car was returned earlier this evening - NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM! Their incompetence is costing me as they are using up my fuel. The car needs to be collected again! Still no communication from Hyundai. I am seriously regretting my decision to buy a Hyundai.
