USELESS COURIER - NOT GETTING THE SERVICE YOU PAID

Friday we arranged with RAM for documents to be collected from Ellisras to Pretoria, we were advised of a 08h30 service and was advised telephonically that service is guaranteed at 08h30. Further to that we also paid a FEE to ensure that the documents be delivered at 08h30 today, Regardless to say it is 09h25 and still the documents are not with us, as we were advised that it will shortly be there. Furthermore you contact their CUSTOMER CARE and when you ask a name of a consultant the phone is dropped! We will never use RAM again, they have been our preferred courier but never again! When we called to follow up we are advised that its a next day delivery but when you state it was for 08h30 they cannot answer you! I must say I don't even expect a response from them as I have experienced their Customer Care and I need not say more - further I can see they don't even have the decency to respond on any queries! We will never use RAM again, they are useless and you do not get the service you pay for!
