Very bad service

I arranged for collection of tender documents from my office on Monday 21st January to be delivered via Early Bird service before 08h30 the following day to the Pretoria office of the Company handling the project. My documents only arrived at this office at 14h15 the following day, 15 minutes after the tender box was closed. This was a large project for my practise and took a long time to prepare, and I am now excluded from the whole process. This is extremely frustrating for me in these very difficult times where work is scarce and now an opportunity has passed.

Ram seem unperturbed by this and will not offer any comensation other than refunding the courier fee. If they cannot commit to the delivery times they offer, they should not be in business.
