I have placed an order for a christmas gift on the 7th of December 2013. On the 13th of December 2013 I received a call from a gentleman wishing to confirm my delivery address (which is central sandton). The gentleman advised that the product will be delivered that Friday afternoon, alternatively by the latest Tuesday, 17th december as Monday, 16th was a public holiday. Having not received the package by 1pm on Tuesday I phoned the customer care line and was advised that they will follow up with the courier service. I had to phone a second time as I did not receive any feedback. I then spoke to another gentleman who advised that he will follow up with the courier service. He phone me back to advised that the courier service will deliver the item tomorrow, 18 December 2013.It is now 11days later, 4.05pm and I have still not received the item. I was attempting to phone the customer care line, which was just ringing. I then sent an email to [Email Removed] and received an email back to say that I must call the customer care line. What more must I do to get hold of someone and to get the item which I have already paid for??
