Where is my discovery card?

Discovery recently reaffirmed my faith in the company so I signed up for a Discovery card. The courier company called my on Wed to ask when they can deliver. I requested Thurs, the call centre rep informed me that they were to busy so I agreed to Friday bet 10-12. At 12 no card arrived. I called the courier who informed me that the delivery was scheduled for Mon! She also implied I misunderstood the call centre rep. Why would a person call and query a delivery if one was not scheduled 3days before? When I asked her this she still seemed to think I was wrong. She then asked for an alternate time today, i said before 3.She said she would call back to let me know if it would not be delivered today. Its3:15 now, at 3 i received a call from a different call centre rep who says that the card will be delivered on Tues! I asked to speak to a manger but he was in a different office. I have waited through my lunch break bec they never called me! Yes it is an inconvienience! I told her if my card was not delivered today, I would write this complaint. Discovery find a more reliable and reputable courier! They call and say they calling on behalf of you which leaves a very poor impression of your company!
