Late

I requested my credit card be delivered on Wednesday. On the Wednesday, i get a phone call telling me they will deliver it on Thursday. I then request that it needs to be delivered before 15h00. I get told by Seipati that this would not be a problem and that I would get a phone call 15 min before the delivery.

The courier phones me a 15h02 to tell me he is around the corner. I have now had to move my meeting waiting for the courier whom arrived at 15h14. Only for the courier to tell me that my documents would not be accepted. This was after the UTi agent that phoned me (Seipati) that this would be accepted.

The courier left without dispatching the card and just made another client very unhappy.
