Please can somebody from your office send a driver who is willing to work and offer the kind of service that I deserve as customer.the driver delivered my phone today and refused to take my ID copy saying it was not clear enough. I asked him for his manager's e mail address so I can send them a clear copy due to the fact that I am not on holiday but at work but he flatly refused saying emailed copies are not acceptable. Please escalate and deliver my phone as in yesterday.
