MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!!

I have received the worst service EVER from MTN in the last 5 days.
We went to MTN Southgate on Monday to have a Sim Swap done, only to be greeted by extremely rude staff who refused to accept a Id certified in 2007, we are a National company and that is the Id copy that we send to all banks, International companies and we do all contracts with that copy, the very rude Manager of this branch (Stephen Sebetoane) spoke to me and refused to accept this, after sending him a newer copy and paying the fees applicable, he confirmed that the sim swap will take 2 to 24 hours.
The next day he came back to me and said that the Id we sent does not match the one on the system, which is impossible as we have only had one director since 1995.
Stephen refused to assist me and tell me the details on the system, I explained to him that I cannot send him something that we as a company are not aware of. The only person who can sign contracts is our director, I sent my driver to the MTN store again and again Stephen refused to assist us.
I phoned MTN myself by the 4th day, and they confirmed that the Id I gave Stephen is the correct one, we are now on day 5 and still no Sim Swap!
What to do???
