Incorrect delivery adres

I phoned 4 times and asked them for driver or supervisor to contact me in order for me to give them directions and correct address for my goods to be delivered at work. No one phoned me back. Driver did not know where I work even though my address was on as delivery he then went to my home saw only then that I work further away. He never phoned to get the directions as requested then refused to turn around from Jhb to deliver my package.
