On the 02/12/2013 I was refused to be helped with a learners license, because I don't have a copy of an id.

I asked the cashier to make a copy, she said that there is no such thing of making a copy for my id, if I can't afford to make a copy for an id they can't help me,

I went to the department head ask her why they can't help me with a id copy, she Mrs Magda told me that the only reason why they could not help me is when the copier is faulty but according to her knowledge there is no problem and they can just help me.

Then me sitting in the line a other man approach me, we went to his office he said that that is the law if I can't afford a copy of a id then they can't help me, I told him Magda told me it's not a problem

He took me to Magda office, now Magda threaten me that she could send me to make a copy and have it certified at the police station, because I'm difficult. And that the copier is not working, so it won't work for a couple of weeks

I went out to make a copy for the id, when I cam back I saw they are buzzy making copies at the copier. I went to Magda office and told her that I see people make copies for other people.

I know I'm not white or black person
