I was told a over delivery of parts: FLJ223MP

On the 07 February,
the ordered parts were delivered to the repairer,
the car has been standing on the sun from Mid December 2012,
today 12/02/2013, I am still waiting for my car to be repaired,
I called a guy by the name of Arnos, who said the control arm for my Mercedesbenz is on back order,
I called to find out by the agent, only to out that the parts were delivered last week Thursday 07/02/2013,

I feel likethe guy is underestimating and violating my rights as a client and honesty would have made me feel better, I will withdraw my policy with my current insurance aswell because they are ill treating me as their client nobody would like to be covered in an insurance like that.
