First for Women is very disappointing..The assessor says they would not be sending my vehicle to an approved BMW Repairer and that they will use scrapyard or pirate parts to repair my vehicle because parts, a headlamp for example is too expensive. I did express my discomfort and unhappiness with this. I was told that: It is difficult to get new parts for my car - hogwash, as parts can very well be ordered from BMW for repairs. He said My car will not go to an approved BMW repairer and that they will be using one of their own choice who will offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship which is awful because the complaints about First for Women and shoddy work on Vehicles are plentiful. What guarantee do I have that the parts are quality and security tested? NONE - THEY ARE FROM A SCRAPYARD - COMING OF SOMEBODY ELSES UNROADWORTHY VEHICLE! The idea of using inferior parts is not a mutual benefit as it only gives the benefit to insurer for saving money - IT IS OF NO BENEFIT TO ME.I also called in this morning to have my full policy document including terms and conditions resent to me to double check this - only to be told that it would have been posted over a year ago - I never receive
