Waiting for a refund and unlawful Dr on my Account

Dropped off a courtersy car on 30 January 2013 around 08H30 Reg no: ND 122869, identified by contract number 655033400. On the day i was given a Document which shows an amount of R 265.01 as due. On the 2 Feb my account was Debited with R 265.01. On Tuesday the 5 February i drove to AVIS O R Tambo branch to find out what is happening with my money and why my account was Debited. I was referred to a manager on duty which was around 08H30, and he said the R 265.1 was mistakely Debited and it will be reversed. I also told him about the Deposit of R 750.00 which i paid with a promise that it will be refunded, which has not happened and he promised to reverse all the money (R265.01 and R 750.00). And to this date nothing has happened. AVIS Debited my account with R 265.01 without authorisation and committed to reverse the R 750.00 when i return their car which they have not done. i want my money back (R265.01 and R 750.00) which is R 1015.01
