AVIS IS JUST

I have neen dealing with a croocks company called Avis, I had a courtesy car with them from the 6May and R550 has been debited from my cheque account, the money is said to be released back into my account after the car is returned with no damages and full tank, the car has been returned back to Avis with no damages and full tank and now im been treated like a fool, how can my money just dissappear liky that. i am not a fool and hate the fact that Avis is playing mind games with me, I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A PROBLEM WITH BUDGET OR ANY RENTAL COMPANY, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IM DEALING WITH AVIS AND I MUST SAY I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH THEM. All i want is my money back coz there is no refund or reversal amount in my account. I have been speaking to John from the customer service who has been very kind but i want to know when was the money released back into my account from they merchant bank Nedbank, its either Avis is screwing me or Nedbank, i want answers as I am tired been told the same thing and no1 can tell me the exact date the money was released back into my account, i have a cellfone notification so whatever activity happning on my account I get a msg and i have no msg
