My Insurance hired a car for me from Avis on the 10/01/2014 and a deposit of R1200 was paid. I then returned the vehicle on the 28/01/2014 with a full tank and clean. Up until today I have not recieved my deposit back and another R314.12 was debited from my account without my authorisation.

I consider this very unethical as the account belongs to me and not Avis,

This is the 2 nd time in less than a year that I'm having the same problem.
