Hi all

I took Renault Megane Sport to Steves Filming and car care in Centurion (23 Jakaranda Street) to get my windows tinted. My wife dropped the car early the morning on Monday 11 Feb, and went to fetch it 2 hours later. When she got back to work, she saw that the left front mag is completely scratched, and this is after I received my car back two days before from a complete mag repair and re-spray. So the mags were all in perfect condition with not even the smallest imaginable scratch.
I phoned the lady at the shop, and explained the situation, and they immediate pointed the finger to my wife, and said that she scratched it, and that they saw her. But that is nonsense because my wife had one of her colleagues with her in the car, and there is now way you can scratch a wheel so bad without noticing it!

Now I will have to take my mag for a repair and another powder coat at my own cost of R1200.

I'm extremely disappointed in the way they handled this, and the attitude they showed when phoning them. I would really not recommend Steves Filming and car care to anyone. Stay away from them. They will damage your car, and point the finger to you! They are useless and
