Vehicle scratched on 20000Km service repairs delay

My wife took her Ford Figo in to Consolidated for her 20000Km service. On receiving her car she found it
scratched on the left front bumper on the front of the wheel arch. After she complained to Mr. Fait she was promised they will repair it and that they will contact us within a day to bring the car back for the repairs. After two weeks we went back and asked them again when we should bring it back. They then arranged with the repair man that we will bring the car in on the following Wednesday and that they will have it back the next day. The car came back the Thursday with the colour not matching and on inspection we found that the roof and bonnet was rough with over - spray. At this time we had the manager Mr. Zander Barnard look at the problem and he assured us that they will fix it and they gave us a vehicle on loan. We contacted them on the Monday and the car still was not yet finished. This is not acceptable and i had a look on Hello Peter [URL Removed] and found twelve other complaints about the same dealer and people. I told Mr Zander that i will be placing my report. I wish to warn anybody about using this dealer in the future as their service could leave you with a damaged vehicle
