Scratched Rims from HI Q La Lucia

Two of my tyres where going flat, therefore i took them in to Hi - Q La Lucia. Where they number one took 2 hours to do and number two dropped one of my rims and scratched the other with the wheel spanner.
Therefore both rims being damaged just for taking them in for a simple leak. The manager then tired to tell me it wasnt dropped, the rubber, which is quite "rough" on the machine, scratched it??? There staff are obviously incompetent and don;t care about others property. I now have go back to get it retouched by them - this should never of happened in the first place, and now inconveniences me by having to go back.
