Worst Experience Eve

I am so horrified by my experience, i feel i must warn people. I asked for moving quotes from Classic and three other companies to compare prices because i want to know how much it will cost me to move my goods. The quote they gave me seemed reasonable so i picked them. What i did not know is that there were so many hidden costs, what i ended up paying in the end was higher that the highest quote i had received. They added an extra 50% to my bill claiming i used up more square metres etc in the truck, i mean i just mentioned all the things i had, you had to determine how much space it will occupy in your truck. Also its always an estimate, you dont really know how much extra boxes you will really have, no other company in the past charged me that much extra money in the end.
Then when they had to deliver the goods, a day later than scheduled, a week and a half after they picked it up. They wanted to charge me extra to move the items in to my flat because their truck could not fit in the gate and they claimed their people can only carry items 30m from the truck, i mean. They left my furniture outside the gate, exposed to the elements and drove away.
