Cape Core Rubble
No Service and then No refund

My Wife Spoke with Cape Core Rubble a week ago and Paid R1400, 00 for rubble collection, i took off work and waited the entire morning/day for them to collect, when phoning Jean-Marie at their office (a person sounding like a tape recording) she assured me that she would phone me back and get the truck to come, no on pitched no one phoned.

I then rescheduled for this week, again i took off work and waited for the truck to arrive at 3:30 as discussed with the well versed Jean Marie, after waiting another hour i phoned, she would phone me back, never
happened, so i kept my cool and sent he an email requesting the refund of my R1400, 00 so that i can get
someone else to collect the rubble, i now literally have to phone every day, and she is ending through money
that just never arrives, and sending payment advices that " never arrives", and so the tape recoridng plays for even and ever, oh and please hide your number when phoning Cape core rubble otherwise they ignore your calls, and their message mail box is of course full...

I hope this happens to no one alse?!
